Lynn Public Schools is seeking an Educator Building Substitute for the Middle School for the 26/27 school year. Requirements

• Bachelors Degree required
• Strong desire to work with students in an urban setting
• Ability to work effectively with teachers, support staff, and parents and advocate for children in order to effectively problem solve
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills and ability to work with all stakeholders
• Successful completion of pre-employment physical, including a drug test
• National fingerprint-based Criminal Background Check (NCBC)
• Criminal Offender Record Information (CORI)

• May be eligible for long-term sub position with a minimum of a BA

Responsibilities

• Work 180 days during the school year.
• Substitute teach in a middle school setting.
