About The Position

Aspen Ridge Elementary School seeks a highly collaborative, innovative, and community-focused Educational Support Professional (ESP). This individual will provide combined clerical and instructional support for students and staff. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating a dynamic, student-driven learning environment and possesses strong organizational skills, flexibility, and a deep commitment to student success.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

Highly Qualified (HQ) credential.
Proficiency in general office and computer skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Suite applications.
Demonstrated ability to be highly collaborative and flexible within a dynamic team environment.
Prior experience as an Educational Support Professional (ESP) in an elementary school setting.
Experience or deep interest in supporting experiential learning and project-based instruction.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proven ability to build strong, positive relationships with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities

ESP Support the academic and social-emotional needs of students at a specific grade level.
Supervise students in large group situations in classroom and other areas of the building or small groups.
Work with students individually or in small groups instructionally.
Assist in small group assessments and data management as it relates to student work in the areas of reading and math.
Perform functions associated with classroom protocols.
Supervise students during recess/lunch.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
