About The Position

The Educational Road Representative builds and supports local music programs in North Texas, managing a territory and serving as the primary field-service and relationship contact for music educators and rental customers. The role grows instrument rentals, maintains educator relationships, provides rental-instrument maintenance, and connects school programs, instrument access, and local partners. Communication, follow-up, and problem solving take place both in person and remotely. When not traveling, the representative supports in-store customers, answers phone inquiries, and refurbishes instruments. It also includes preparing new rental reservations for fall school delivery and maintaining returned rental instruments. Success is measured by territory rental growth, educator engagement and satisfaction, customer satisfaction, and rental refurbishment rate.
