About The Position

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is hiring a full-time Bilingual Educational Diagnostician in Texas. The role involves conducting psychoeducational assessments, communicating evaluation results to parents and district staff, and collaborating with school teams to develop evidence-based support for students. The diagnostician participates in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and other team discussions to help ensure special education programs address individual student needs. The position offers starting pay of $48.00 per hour.

Requirements

• A master’s degree in Special Education or equivalent from an accredited university.
• A current Texas Educational Diagnostician Certification.
• At least one year of experience as an Educational Diagnostician.
• Proficiency in computer-based special education systems.
• Bilingual skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychoeducational assessments to help determine eligibility for specialized services and identify students’ educational needs.
• Review evaluation results with parents and district staff using clear, compassionate communication.
• Collaborate with school teams to develop evidence-based interventions that improve student performance, participation, and access to education.
• Participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings, parent conferences, and other team discussions to support students’ individual needs.
