About The Position

Candor Consulting & Diagnostics is hiring a full-time Bilingual Educational Diagnostician in Texas. The role helps schools identify students’ needs, supports families in understanding evaluation results, and guides decisions about meaningful educational support. The diagnostician conducts psychoeducational assessments, communicates findings to parents and district staff, collaborates with school teams on evidence-based interventions, and participates in ARD meetings, parent conferences, and other team discussions. Requirements

Master’s degree in Special Education or equivalent from an accredited university.
Current Texas Educational Diagnostician Certification.
At least one year of experience as an Educational Diagnostician.
Proficiency in computer-based special education systems.
Bilingual skills are required.

Responsibilities

Conduct psychoeducational assessments to help determine eligibility for specialized services and identify students’ educational needs.
Review evaluation results with parents and district staff through clear, compassionate communication that supports informed decisions.
Collaborate with school teams to develop evidence-based interventions that improve student performance, participation, and access to education.
Participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings, parent conferences, and other team discussions to help ensure special education programs address students’ individual needs.
