The Education and Training Coordinator will be responsible for delivering and facilitating all onboarding activities for new hires, managing onboarding training content, and contributing to the overall education and training program strategies for the site. This role involves ensuring training plans and evaluations are completed, facilitating the role profiling methodology to identify skill gaps, and working with data to build and maintain a factory skills matrix. The coordinator will also help develop standardized training for operational associates, manage knowledge within the Learning Management System (Poka), and facilitate training design and development with Subject Matter Experts. Additionally, the role includes providing training and coaching on E&T processes, systems, and tools, offering leadership and feedback to associates involved in training programs, administering site training processes, managing training equipment, and developing engagement opportunities.
