The primary purpose of this role is to lead the curriculum design and development of educational programming for the MCP Accelerate program and emergent partner programs within Mayo Clinic Platform (MCP). The Education Success Manager will work with other MCP success managers to iteratively design, develop, and refine the MCP Accelerate program and provide strategic support through all phases of the curriculum development cycle for new partner programs. The position will be responsible for the following essential functions: Collaboratively leads the design, development, and implementation of the curriculum for the MCP Accelerate program. Continuously improves and refines the MCP Accelerate program in collaboration with other MCP Success Managers and MCP leaders. Collects feedback on partner experiences and develops data-driven solutions that enhance learning outcomes and user experiences. Advises and assists with the creation of new partner programs. Applies systems level thinking to translate data-driven insights from partner programs to inform broader education initiatives and trainings within MCP. In partnership with MCP leadership, provides strategic guidance and recommendations for how Mayo Clinic Platform can design high-quality learning experiences and resources that support key initiatives. Serves as a liaison for educational content development and strategy for internal and external partnerships. Builds inter-professional relationships and partnerships across Mayo Clinic to support education development within MCP. Demonstrates knowledge of current technologies, learning theories, and pedagogical approaches for how to create meaningful learning experiences. This position is a limited-tenure role intended to support the formation, launch, and stabilization of a new company and laboratory. As the organization matures, the role is expected to transition to a permanent infrastructure position within a separate company operating independently from Mayo Clinic Laboratories.
