ICF is seeking an Education Subject Matter Expert to join a team of experts supporting ACF’s mission. This role is part of the Prevention of Sexual Abuse project, which conducts compliance audits and provides technical assistance to the Office of Refugee Resettlement provider community. The team's goal is to identify and address clinical, behavioral health, disability-related, and psychosocial risk factors, ensuring that system-wide practices, policies, and provider operations promote safe, trauma-informed, and compliant care environments to prevent sexual abuse, sexual harassment, and child abuse and neglect. This position is for an initial six-month duration with potential for extension. The Education Subject Matter Expert will ensure that educational programming, instruction, and learning environments do not create or exacerbate vulnerabilities to abuse, neglect, or unsafe conditions, and that services support the safety, well-being, and developmental needs of children in care. This is a full-time position with on-call/after hours availability and requires approximately 25% travel to provider sites.
