About The Position

Breakthrough Blueprint is a professional online education company operating in the Personal Leadership and Personal Development sector. We provide online leadership, mindset, and professional growth programs for individuals seeking structured personal and career development. We are currently looking for an Education Sales Consultant – Leadership Development to support client growth through ethical, consultative sales conversations, digital lead generation, and structured client engagement. This role is suited to a professional with experience in sales, business development, client success, consulting, coaching, or marketing who enjoys meaningful conversations, relationship-building, and helping people explore education-based personal development programs. As an Education Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, qualifying interest, guiding them through a structured discovery process, and helping suitable candidates understand our leadership and personal development education programs. You will use provided training, scripts, digital tools, and sales frameworks to manage leads professionally and support a positive client experience from first enquiry through to enrolment.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales, business development, client success, consulting, coaching, marketing, recruitment, or professional services.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confidence speaking with prospective clients by phone, Zoom, email, and digital messaging.
  • A consultative sales style with the ability to listen, ask good questions, and guide people professionally.
  • Interest in personal development, leadership training, mindset education, and professional growth.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying organised and accountable.
  • Experience using digital tools such as Zoom, LinkedIn, email, CRM systems, or online marketing platforms.
  • A positive, professional, self-motivated approach.
  • Ideally 7+ years of professional experience in a client-facing, sales, leadership, coaching, consulting, or business development role.
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in weekly online training and development sessions to improve product knowledge, sales communication, and leadership skills.
  • Use approved lead generation and digital outreach methods to connect with prospective clients interested in personal development, leadership education, and professional growth.
  • Respond to inbound enquiries across email, phone, text, LinkedIn, and other approved digital channels.
  • Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand client goals, challenges, motivations, and suitability for our programs.
  • Present information about our online personal development and leadership programs in a clear, ethical, and professional way.
  • Guide qualified prospects through the next steps in the client education and enrolment process.
  • Follow provided sales playbooks, scripts, and compliance-friendly communication guidelines.
  • Manage lead activity, follow-ups, notes, and pipeline updates inside a CRM.
  • Maintain consistent communication with prospects while avoiding pressure-based or hard-selling tactics.
  • Collaborate with a supportive leadership team and contribute to weekly activity and performance reviews.
  • Track key sales activity metrics, including lead follow-up, discovery calls, client conversations, and enrolment outcomes.
