Education powers the world. Education breaks down barriers to economic mobility, combats prejudice, inspires innovation and industry, and moves our collective society into new eras of unprecedented advancement. This change starts with high-quality early childhood experiences, advances with immersive, hands-on K-12 experiences, and evolves further with alignment between postsecondary pathways and the workforce. If working alongside national and global experts, policymakers, corporations, advocates and nonprofits, and major philanthropic funders to advance education excites you, then an internship with FINN Partners Education Team is for you. Our Education team seeks full-time internship candidates for the Summer 2026. Summer interns participate in a 12-week program starting late May/early June through early August. Start and end dates will be determined on a case-by-case basis to accommodate academic calendars. Interns are expected to work Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. FINN Partners provides a flexible working environment, with the option to be fully remote or hybrid within our U.S. offices. We prioritize candidates near our Washington D.C. and New York City offices, but welcome all candidates in the Eastern and Central time zones. Internships are paid and can be used to earn course credit for necessary undergraduate requirements.
