Under close supervision, coordinate department educational program(s) by scheduling events, assembling enrollment and education information, and following compliance guidelines. This role independently executes institutional or program activities such as educational events, training, learner recruitment, interviews, orientation, schedules, and graduation. The coordinator maintains proficiency in accreditation, board, and institutional requirements, coordinating and monitoring activities to ensure full compliance. They support institutional officials, Program Directors, Department Chairs, and other leaders on issues related to accreditation agencies, national boards, and affiliates. This position serves as a primary liaison with faculty, administration, other departments, affiliated institutions, and national organizations. A key responsibility is developing and maintaining databases to track, schedule, and record activities related to the institution, program(s), and learners. The coordinator provides information, support, and problem-solving on a wide range of issues for leaders, faculty, staff, and learners. They also coordinate the recruitment of preceptors, instructors, and speakers, create educational materials like brochures, flyers, and handbooks, and coordinate assessment and evaluation activities. This role may also monitor program budgets and lead or oversee the work of support staff.
