Requirements

  • Associate degree required.
  • Minimum two years of administrative support or program coordination experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in nonprofit, education, workforce development, or training programs preferred.
  • Experience coordinating grants, training initiatives, or credentialing programs.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all administrative functions related to P4P Academy and CDA credentialing programs.
  • Assist with outreach, recruitment, registration, and enrollment activities.
  • Maintain participant records, attendance, and training documentation.
  • Monitor participant progress and credentialing milestones.
  • Prepare reports related to participation, completion, and program outcomes.
  • Maintain education databases and electronic filing systems.
  • Coordinate training logistics, including room reservations, materials, technology, and participant communications.
  • Process vendor paperwork, W-9s, invoices, and payment requests.
  • Assist with grant documentation and data collection.
  • Coordinate graduation ceremonies, recognition events, workshops, and special events.
  • Respond to participant inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Support additional Education Department initiatives as assigned.
