About The Position

The Education Outreach Coordinator develops, manages, and implements quality educational programs for students, families, and adult audiences. Assists in developing and delivering K–12 STEM programs focused on transportation and related fields. Coordinating hands-on activities, curriculum development, and community engagement. Assists with program logistics, grant support, and outreach communications to enhance the impact and visibility of the Alabama Transportation Institute's (ATI) educational initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of educational work experience; OR Master's degree and some educational work experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated passion for STEM education.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s (or equivalent) in an education-related discipline.
• Seven (7) years of experience in K–12 education, outreach, or youth program coordination.
