About The Position

This is a full time, 40 hours per week position with hours falling primarily Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Join the #1 hospital in Wisconsin! We are seeking an Education Operations Specialist to manage daily operational work required to keep all educational programs moving smoothly, ensure program processes are organized and operating according to plans, track educational data and create reporting that supports planning, monitoring of program activities and in-depth evaluations of programs. The role involves identifying, developing, implementing and evaluating new or revised daily operational workflow processes for the department, acting as a resource for education program information and guidance, and managing education program communications and materials.

Requirements

  • Associate's Degree in business administration or related field.
  • Two years of relevant experience in an office environment may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • 2 years of experience in an office environment Required

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration or related field Preferred
  • Experience in an academic healthcare setting Preferred

Responsibilities
