About The Position

At Forward Service Corporation, we believe every adult deserves the opportunity to build a better future. As a nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals and families overcome barriers, we're seeking a compassionate and motivated Education Navigator to support adults as they pursue their educational goals, earn their GED or High School Equivalency Diploma (HSED), strengthen essential skills, and move toward meaningful employment and self-sufficiency. If you're passionate about coaching others, connecting people to resources, and helping adults overcome obstacles to achieve their goals, this is more than a job—it's an opportunity to change lives. As an Education Navigator, you'll work one-on-one with adult participants to identify educational goals, develop individualized success plans, and connect them with the resources and support needed to complete their education and advance toward sustainable careers. You'll serve as a coach, advocate, and case manager—helping participants navigate challenges while building the confidence and skills needed for long-term success.
