The Career Navigator will work directly with all the AO-K (Accelerating Opportunities-Kansas) participants to provide one-on-one educational and career guidance, connect students with the necessary resources, act as a guide to using the college systems and services, and prepare students for active job search, application, and selection processes. This position is funded through grant monies and is subject to the availability of funds. This position will assist the Program Director in any way which is needed to maintain an efficient Adult Education program. This position will involve travel between Hiawatha, Western Center and Marysville. This part-time position (no more than 28 hours per week and 42 weeks per year) will pay $19 per hour. The selected candidate will participate in the Kansas Public Employee Retirement System (KPERS). There are no other benefits associated with this position. This is a grant-fund position.
