This role involves developing curricula, training materials, and resources aligned with regulatory requirements and public health objectives, ensuring content is accessible, culturally responsive, and compliant with state standards. The position also coordinates outreach initiatives, builds partnerships with community organizations, and serves as a primary point of contact for education-related inquiries. Additionally, the Education Manager will develop and deliver compliance training, monitor regulatory changes, and collaborate with enforcement and licensing teams. Program evaluation, continuous improvement, and reporting on program effectiveness are key aspects of this role. The manager will also oversee education staff, maintain professional relationships, and demonstrate a commitment to equity and inclusion. Other duties include following workplace safety regulations and reporting incidents.
