About The Position

The St. Louis Kaplan Feldman Holocaust Museum is hiring a seasonal part-time Education Facilitator to lead school group tours and foster dialogue in our exhibitions. This seasonal role begins on November 2, 2026, and concludes May 28, 2027, and includes paid training. Requirements

• Strong interest in Holocaust history and/or museum education
• Confident public speaker and discussion facilitator
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to perform work that requires extended periods of standing and movement as part of the essential functions of the role.
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Lead group tours using provided outlines and training materials
• Facilitate respectful, age-appropriate dialogue in the Impact Lab
• Adapt to student needs and group dynamics in real time
• Collaborate with other educators and museum staff
• Create a welcoming and inclusive experience for all visitors
