This role participates in the needs assessment, design, implementation, and evaluation of orientation, staff development, and continuing education relevant to Access Services Representative staff. The position assesses staff competency and implements relevant training as needed, along with ongoing education to ensure excellence in patient care and customer service. It also identifies process improvements, maintains quality and process improvement practices, and conducts audits. Other duties may be assigned, including working in the Access Service Rep (ASR) role when not involved in onboarding or educational activities.
