About The Position
Primrose School of East Windsor is hiring an Education Coach to support the growth and success of early childhood teachers. The role focuses on teacher development and mentorship, helping create safe, healthy classroom environments where children and team members can thrive. The Education Coach supports teachers across age groups and classrooms and helps promote the delivery of the research-informed Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum, including its digital platform. The position is based at Primrose School of East Windsor, 191 Dutch Neck Road, East Windsor, NJ 08520. The stated salary range is $40,000–$50,000 per year, depending on qualifications and industry experience. The schedule is full-time.
Responsibilities
- Support teachers of all age groups working with classrooms of all ages.
- Participate in the selection and hiring of teachers.
- Collaborate with leadership team members to create engaging onboarding experiences for new teachers.
- Conduct classroom observations to support and ensure implementation and delivery of the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum.
- Support teachers’ use of the Primrose digital platform for implementing the curriculum.
