About The Position

We’re looking for an inspiring and proactive supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre. You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to lead a team of Tutors and grow your centre through new member acquisition and by delivering an exceptional service for families. Many of our Centre Managers were promoted from the Supervisor role, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in educational leadership. Requirements

Passionate about education and working with children

Balance multiple priorities while staying calm in a fast-paced environment

Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
Provide a full employment history with all gaps clearly explained and evidenced where required

Responsibilities

Driving membership growth through community engagement, local partnerships, and marketing events
Maximising profitability through debt and revenue management and optimising staff efficiency
Delivering excellent family and member experiences from first enquiry through to long-term progress
Managing day-to-day operations to ensure the centre runs smoothly and efficiently
Leading, coaching and developing your Tutor team to deliver outstanding learning experiences for members
Championing safeguarding by prioritising the safety and wellbeing of every child in your care
