The Director of Global Marketing & Product Education role manages the strategy for how our products are positioned, taught, experienced, and brought to life, both internally and externally to the public, our customers and our internal network of independent Distributors. This role partners closely with the Product Development, Marketing, E-Comm, Field Development and Legal/Compliance teams to translate complex product knowledge into high-impact, social-first, conversion-driven content and education across platforms and audiences. The goal of this role is to make product positioning and education compelling, scalable, culturally relevant, and optimized for modern buying behaviors. The ideal candidate blends deep skincare and cosmetics expertise with a strong point of view on content creation, social media, digital learning, and storytelling that drives product adoption and revenue.
