About The Position

The Education and Outreach Specialist serves as a bridge between community members and providers through outreach and education across the eastern Trillium counties in North Carolina. The Education and Outreach Specialist provides support to the team by attending community events that may include evenings, weekends and holidays. Flexibility is essential to accommodate community events outside of standard business hours. This is a community-based position, and candidates must reside in New Hanover or Brunswick County. You must be comfortable traveling to the following counties: Jones, Carteret, Duplin, Sampson, Onslow, Pender, New Hanover, Brunswick, Columbus, Bladen, Robeson, Hoke, Scotland and other counties as needed.

Requirements

Must reside in New Hanover or Brunswick County.
High School diploma or GED required
Maintain valid NC driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
