Requirements

• One year of experience as an Education Administration Associate; or Four years of professional experience in education including at least two years in educational administration; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Meet the PA residency requirement.
• Be able to perform essential job functions.
• Satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate federal and state regulations and apply methods that support compliance
• Identify gaps in policies and procedures and develop improvements
• Compile complex data reports and respond to inquiries from stakeholders
• Analyze participation data and create outreach plans to expand engagement
• Represent the agency and provide expertise to help sponsors understand requirements
• Support CN PEARS and other technology systems and assist with system updates

• Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time. Staff is required to report to the worksite one day a week (Thursday). In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
