About The Position

At EP+Co, we're looking for an Editor who understands modern content, pacing, story, timing, and emotion. This role involves editing various video formats, from 30-second spots to longer branded content, and requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to create work for national and regional brands. The ideal candidate embraces new technology, including AI, and values organization alongside storytelling.

Requirements

Professional experience editing in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Confidence working in After Effects.
Understanding of motion graphics, animation, audio, color, and finishing.
Ability to juggle multiple deadlines.
Collaborative attitude and openness to feedback.
Confidence in bringing own ideas.
A portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling across social, digital, and broadcast work is essential.
Embrace AI as a creative tool.
Ability to combine craft, curiosity, and technology.
Experimentation with AI-powered production tools and workflow improvement.

Nice To Haves

Agency experience is a plus.
Experience making things outside of assigned work (passion projects, documentaries, YouTube videos, etc.).

Responsibilities

Edit compelling video content across social, broadcast, internal communications, and agency marketing.
Create motion graphics and animation using Adobe After Effects.
Color correct, mix audio, finish projects, and pay attention to details.
Collaborate with producers, creatives, designers, copywriters, and account teams from kickoff through delivery.
Manage multiple projects without letting quality slip.
Organize footage, project files, and assets.
Use AI-powered creative tools and emerging workflows to work smarter.
Adapt editing style to fit different brands, audiences, and platforms.
