About The Position

KLDiscovery’s eDiscovery Technology practice applies advanced analytics and AI to legal discovery, including technology-assisted review, continuous active learning, generative AI review, and custom workflows. The eDiscovery Technologist executes analytics and AI-assisted workflows designed by consultants, supporting matters through project setup, model and classifier runs, validation, analytics outputs, and complete matter documentation. The role works closely with consultants and project managers and provides a development path toward a consultant position. This role provides dedicated weekend coverage on Saturday and Sunday during US business hours, following a Wednesday-to-Sunday schedule with Monday and Tuesday off. It is remote and US-based. Work is deadline-driven and may require flexing hours within the shift; shift swaps are permitted when coverage remains uninterrupted. Company-provided equipment and access to tools are supplied, and training on KLD playbooks and in-house tools is provided after hire.
