The EDI Support Specialist supports the EDI & Operations Specialist and broader Operations team by assisting with daily EDI processes, claims support functions, and special projects. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth coordination between the Claims and Authorization departments, particularly in alignment with check runs and revenue cycle workflows. The ideal candidate has foundational knowledge of CPT codes, medical billing processes, AR concepts, and EDI transactions (277/834/835/837/999), along with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
