About The Position

We are looking for a detail-oriented EDI Specialist to support the daily operations of our Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems. In this role, you’ll help ensure smooth and accurate data exchange between internal teams, customers, and vendors. You’ll monitor transactions, maintain data integrity, support customer onboarding, and help troubleshoot EDI-related issues. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, data accuracy, and cross-team collaboration. Training will be provided, and familiarity with EDI platforms such as SPS Commerce is a plus.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in order entry, data entry, EDI, order management, or technical support.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to collaborate across departments and support internal/external customers.
Ability to work onsite full-time in Clifton, NJ.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with SPS Commerce or other EDI providers preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor inbound and outbound EDI transactions to ensure accurate and timely processing.
Maintain and validate data accuracy across EDI systems and related platforms.
Map customer/vendor relationships to ensure accurate data flow.
Assist with onboarding new customers into the EDI system.
Support setup, testing, and maintenance of trading partner connections.
Troubleshoot EDI issues and coordinate with internal teams such as Order Management and Warehouse Operations.
Provide professional and timely support to internal departments, vendors, and customers
Maintain documentation on partner configurations, mappings, and EDI processes.
Build knowledge of EDI documents (e.g., 850, 856, 940, 945).
Learn EDI platforms such as SPS Commerce.
Gain exposure to basic SQL and reporting tools
