•$105,000 - $127,000

About The Position

Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking an EDI and MRP Lead Analyst to serve as the subject-matter expert and technical lead for electronic data interchange (EDI) and material requirements planning (MRP) in its IFS Cloud ERP environment. The role supports an automotive supplier serving OEM and Tier 1 customers, leading end-to-end EDI processes across trading partners and internal teams and owning configuration, daily support, and continuous improvement for customer and supplier schedule processing and ASN compliance. It manages EDI implementation projects and helps ensure reliable business-critical data exchange and efficient supply chain operations. The position works closely with planning, materials, purchasing, production, logistics, IT, ERP and EDI partners, and external consultants. It supports automotive EDI standards and processes, trading partner onboarding, IFS Cloud scheduling, MRP, supplier schedules, shipping notices, integrations, and audit and compliance needs. The role also provides Tier 1 support, investigates root causes, and drives corrective action and process improvements. Automotive customers operate around the clock, so after-hours or weekend support is required for critical EDI issues and IFS Cloud release updates. The position is primarily office-based with some remote work and limited travel to plants, customers, or suppliers (approximately 0–5%). Dynamic Manufacturing is a family-owned and operated organization formed in 1955 that manufactures automotive, off-road, industrial, and racing powertrain products. Its operations include almost a million square feet of floor space and more than 1,000 employees.
