EDGE Program Coordinator

Ursinus College•Collegeville, PA

About The Position

The EDGE Program Coordinator serves as the primary student-facing staff member for EDGE (Executive functioning Development and Growth Experience), an academic support and career readiness program that helps neurodivergent students transition to college and build skills to thrive throughout their Ursinus experience. EDGE provides individualized coaching, intentional connection, and structured support while students participate in academics, campus life, and the residential college experience. The Coordinator works with participants to develop executive functioning, self-advocacy, academic preparedness, and career readiness skills, coordinating academic, residential, and professional support throughout the program. The role primarily focuses on direct coaching, programming, and support for EDGE participants. It also serves as a campus resource and thought partner on neurodivergent student support, collaborating with offices such as Student Conduct and Case Management to promote consistent, informed, and affirming responses to neurodivergent students outside the EDGE cohort. EDGE serves students who may benefit from support related to ADHD and executive functioning challenges, autism with low support needs, learning differences, organization and time management, anxiety affecting executive functioning, or the transition to college independence. The program provides support beyond the ADA accommodation process as students develop greater independence and confidence.
