About The Position

The EDG Admin & Transformation Coordinator provides high-impact support to senior leadership by anticipating needs, taking initiative, and helping the organization operate with clarity, speed, and professionalism. This role requires someone who can connect dots across priorities, people, meetings, and deliverables; independently move work forward; and create a positive, helpful experience for leaders, team members, and external partners. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, highly organized, and comfortable working with discretion in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly. Success in this role requires sound judgment, strong communication, ownership, follow-through, and a service-oriented attitude that makes it easier for others to do their best work.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree required
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, and OneNote.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, anticipate needs, and move work forward with limited direction.
  • Strong judgment and ability to connect information across people, meetings, requests, and priorities.
  • Exceptional organization, time management, attention to detail, and follow-through.
  • Professional, discreet, and trustworthy in handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished, service-oriented presence.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while remaining flexible, calm, and helpful under pressure
  • Willingness to provide reasonable support across time zones and shifting business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide proactive executive support by anticipating needs, identifying gaps, and taking initiative to resolve issues before they escalate.
  • Manage complex calendars, meetings, priorities, and logistics with strong judgment, ensuring leaders’ time is used effectively and strategically.
  • Connect dots across conversations, requests, deadlines, and stakeholders to help drive alignment, follow-through, and timely decision-making.
  • Independently manage administrative workflows, inbox organization, travel planning, expense reporting, meeting preparation, and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare, edit, consolidate, and organize executive-ready documents, presentations, reports, and communications using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for internal and external partners, responding with professionalism, discretion, urgency, and a helpful attitude.
  • Coordinate leadership meetings, events, travel, dinners, and other activities with attention to detail and a strong customer-service mindset.
  • Use good judgment to prioritize competing requests, clarify ambiguity, and make practical decisions independently when appropriate.
  • Look for ways to improve routines, simplify processes, and increase the effectiveness of executive and team operations.
  • Support special projects and other priorities as needed, demonstrating flexibility, ownership, confidentiality, and follow-through.
