About The Position

QuaverEd is a rapidly growing, innovative education technology company founded in 2009. Our mission is enriching the lives of children by helping educators to engage students in general music, social and emotional learning, as well as health and physical education. We are headquartered in historic Music Row in Nashville, Tennessee. The territory includes Kentucky, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi. Will report to the Regional Sales Manager.

Requirements

  • Candidates must reside in the Nashville metro area.
  • Experience in sales, customer engagement, or account management preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory with a high level of ownership
  • Comfortable with outbound prospecting and high-activity sales environments
  • All employees must live within commuting distance of Music Row in Nashville.

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business opportunities through consistent outbound prospecting, including phone cold calling, email outreach, and virtual engagement
  • Establish and maintain a structured outreach cadence across assigned account segments (S1–S5), including site-based calling where appropriate
  • Develop a strong understanding of QuaverEd curriculum to effectively communicate value to prospective and existing customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with school districts through consistent follow-up and consultative selling
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute territory strategy
