About The Position
Provides direct patient care within the level of training as a paramedic on patient population of neonatal, infant, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Performs in the hospital setting under the direct supervision of registered nurse or physician as credentialed by the hospital Medical Executive Committee. Performs other unit specific duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- PHTLS (Pre-hospital Trauma Life Support)
- Current, valid EMCT Paramedic Certification through the state of Arizona
- One year experience as a Paramedic
