About The Position
The Marion campus of The Ohio State University seeks an Economics lecturer to teach in the Summer 2026 semester. The successful candidates will have a strong commitment to the teaching mission of The Ohio State University and experience teaching lecture courses. Courses: Econ 2002.01- Principles of Macroeconomics
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in relevant field of study
- Evidence of expertise in effective teaching at the undergraduate level
- 1+ year(s) teaching experience at the college level
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience teaching within The Ohio State University
- Prior experience teaching at a land-grant university
- Prior experience teaching at regional campuses
Responsibilities
- Teach Economics lecture courses, specifically Econ 2002.01- Principles of Macroeconomics, in the Summer 2026 semester.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to the teaching mission of The Ohio State University.
