Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 5 years of hand on development experience within SAP Commerce cloud (Hybris) platform, at least 2 years within that uses SAP CPQ (Configure Price Quote) module preferred.
  • Strong functional understanding of B2B Sales processes and concepts, exposure to Configure to Order, Engineer to Order process.
  • Hands on technical skills with SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) and SAP CPQ that will be utilized to define technical architecture.
  • Solid understanding of Headless Architecture using Spartacus (SAP Composable Storefront) or ReactJS based front end and OCC (Omni Commerce Connect) APIs
  • Deep proficiency in Java (J2EE) and the Spring Framework (Spring Core, MVC, Security, Integration).
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Working experience in a highly agile environment and ability to multitask
  • Strong experience in Solutioning for complex projects and background in mid to large-scale B2B SAP Commerce implementations
  • The ability to analyze complex problems, identify patterns, and develop innovative solutions

Nice To Haves

  • Hands on experience with SAP Commerce Cloud (CCv2) Migration projects
  • Experience in full stack development with ReactJS

Responsibilities

  • Hands-on coding to deliver user stories, optimize and refactor code to improve performance
  • End to end solutions within SAP Commerce (Hybris) platform and SAP CPQ integrating with SAP ECC, CRM Systems (Salesforce or similar) and other external web services.
  • Lead technical code review to ensure standards and requirements are met
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, integration guides, and API documentation.
  • Using AI tools to generate code, analyze existing, large codebases to suggest architectural improvements or automate documentation.
  • Troubleshoot complex production issues (memory leaks, thread dumps) and optimize backend services.
  • Participate in enterprise level technical design review.
  • Take ownership of release cycles including running scrum ceremonies
  • Documenting and getting the change approved to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications.
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and oversee automated testing frameworks.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams to translate business objectives into an executable plan. Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver intuitive and efficient user experiences
  • Guide and mentor a team of backend developers in Java/Spring best practice, code quality, and Hybris-specific development standards.
  • Vision: stay current with emerging technologies and identify opportunities to integrate them into our digital ecosystem.

Benefits

  • Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $113,000 - $148,050 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company’s applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
