About The Position

We need a hands-on Ecommerce Operator to own day-to-day store execution, support our CRO programme, and coordinate Klaviyo email marketing activities. You'll work closely with the Senior Ecommerce Manager across A/B testing, product launches, email campaigns, and reporting. For email-related tasks, you'll work closely with the Segment General Manager and receive operational support from the Business Support Team Lead.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in an ecommerce or digital trading role.
  • Hands-on experience managing a Shopify store is essential.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce merchandising, product management and online trading best practices.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and analysing ecommerce performance data.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify reporting or similar ecommerce analytics tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms (such as Klaviyo) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day Shopify operations: product listings, collections, content updates
  • QA the store across devices and browsers; flag and triage bugs promptly
  • Manage review programme refresh (Stamped) and post-purchase survey
  • Update blog and landing page content to support conversion
  • Build, schedule and deploy email campaigns and lifecycle flows (welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, winback)
  • Report weekly on email KPIs: open rate, CTR, CVR, revenue per send
  • Test and optimise send cadence, subject lines and content with CRM Contractor
  • Execute new product launches end-to-end: uploads, collections, content QA and go-live checks
  • Support Sr Ecommerce Manager with upsell strategy and implementation for new products
  • Optimise product/collection pages: meta titles, descriptions, headings, alt text
  • Create redirects and reduce 404 pages
  • Publish blog content
  • Manage the day-to-day running of our Shopify store, ensuring products, collections and content are up to date.
  • Support the execution of promotional campaigns, seasonal launches and trading activity across multiple brands.
  • Maintain product listings, imagery, pricing and merchandising to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Coordinate with design, marketing and development agency to ensure timely delivery of ecommerce initiatives.
  • Monitor website performance and provide insights to improve conversion, revenue and customer experience.
  • Assist with reporting on key ecommerce KPIs, including sales, conversion rate, average order value and customer behaviour.
  • Support the implementation of website improvements, testing and optimisation opportunities.
  • Support the CRM team with email marketing campaigns and schedule handled on Klaviyo
