About The Position

At Timbrook Honda of Winchester, we’re not just selling parts, we’re building a high-performing online retail engine. If you’re someone who knows how to make listings stand out, understands what drives online sales, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment, this could be the perfect role for you. You’ll take the lead in managing and growing our eBay store while helping expand into new ecommerce platforms. This is a hands-on role where your work directly impacts sales and customer experience. The position is located in Winchester, VA, with occasional travel to Cumberland, MD required.

Requirements

Experience selling on eBay
Strong understanding of eBay SEO and listing optimization
Comfort working with inventory systems and Excel
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Self-motivated with a “find a way to win” mindset

Responsibilities

Create and manage product listings on eBay and other platforms (titles, descriptions, item specifics, pricing)
Optimize listings for search visibility and conversion performance
Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock availability
Monitor sales performance, competitor pricing, and marketplace trends
Execute promotions, pricing updates, and markdown strategies
Coordinate with Parts and Service teams to identify high-demand items
Maintain product images and accurate fitment information
Analyze performance reports to identify growth opportunities
Assist with expansion into additional ecommerce platforms
Other duties as assigned as assigned by management
