Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Availability to work 40 hours per week, including peak business times.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of eCommerce operations in-store, including order picking, packing, staging, and handoff.
  • Lead and coach a team of 10-30 associates to deliver accurate, timely, and high-quality orders.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain a clean, organized department.
  • Monitor performance metrics, manage slot capacity, and optimize scheduling to meet sales and labor targets.
  • Manage eCommerce systems and coordinate with store leadership for cross-training and resource allocation.
  • Drive awareness and growth of eCommerce services.
