About The Position

How You Will Make an Impact Leverage website and customer analytics to understand business trends, report on health of the business and drive prioritized profitable growth opportunities and decision-making. Work in partnership with the digital team to optimize the impact of paid digital campaigns (Meta, Google) as well as email, SMS, and affiliates to develop, optimize and scale efforts. Research levers to drive growth via conversion rate optimization (CRO) and A/B testing initiatives. 1. Own the CRO roadmap and onsite testing opportunity backlog based on funnel insights and customer behavior. 2. Define hypotheses, success metrics, and prioritization for landing page and onsite experience improvements. 3. Partner with the Marketing Frontend Developer and MarTech for implementation and QA of experiments. Optimize new customer acquisition while ensuring that we have appropriate retention strategies to reduce the churn of existing customers. Works with Brand team to determine pricing and promotional schedule and approval by Finance. Manage assortment, product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing updates as needed. Execute the brands’ promotional plans to achieve the revenue plans. Works with the Brand team on ecommerce asset needs, ensuring consistent brand representation and optimized conversion.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration or Marketing.
  • 5 years of experience in ecommerce and digital marketing.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics & Conversion Rate Optimization platform to provide insights into website traffic, user behavior, and other metrics to analyze business performance and inform paid media optimizations.
  • Experience managing Shopify and Magento Commerce is required.
  • Knowledge of Recharge, WVO, Google Analytics, Yotpo, Dotdigital, and SEM Rush

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Oracle Commerce is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Ai and how to use it in coding is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred but not required.
  • Background in Direct-to-Consumer CPG products and/or healthcare and the supplement industry a plus.
