Requirements

  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing and eCommerce.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, or AMA+DMI a plus.
  • Experience supporting eCommerce brands within Hilton, Marriott, Choice, and/or IHG preferred.
  • Proficiency with CMS platforms such as Milestone or Tambourine.
  • Familiarity with website platforms such as Squarespace, Wix, and WordPress.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
  • Strong understanding of web operations, eCommerce marketing, and evolving digital ecosystems.
  • Ability to navigate and adapt to a rapidly changing digital media landscape, including new platforms, AI-driven tools, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Innovative, self-motivated, and curious, with a willingness to continuously learn and test new approaches.
  • Applies structured problem-solving methodologies to decision-making, optimization, and follow-through.
  • Demonstrates strong communication, presentation, organization, time management, and listening skills.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Revenue Managers, General Managers, and Corporate Leadership to develop and execute 360-degree, digitally driven marketing strategies that achieve property-level sales goals through organic, paid, and emerging digital channels for hotels and barn venues.
  • Collaborate on the development and refinement of annual marketing and eCommerce budgets, incorporating performance data, testing strategies, and evolving digital capabilities.
  • Leverage franchisor tools, platforms, and emerging technologies to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and maximize return on investment.
  • Work directly with Revenue Managers to develop booking packages, provide technical support, and troubleshoot customer access and availability issues across eBooking platforms.
  • Own and continuously optimize Search Engine Optimization (SEO) efforts, including keyword research, content optimization, metadata strategy, and adapting to evolving search behaviors, including AI-driven search experiences.
  • Coordinate and manage SEM and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) campaigns, including campaign setup, analysis, testing, and optimization of text ads, extensions, and site links.
  • Manage and oversee display, retargeting, and programmatic advertising initiatives across the portfolio, leveraging data and automation where appropriate.
  • Conduct annual (or more frequent) audits of each property’s digital presence to identify optimization opportunities and ensure brand consistency.
  • Develop, manage, and enhance vanity websites, ensuring performance, usability, accessibility, and alignment with evolving consumer expectations.
  • Identify, evaluate, and analyze third-party advertising and partnership opportunities, including digital, experiential, and emerging media channels.
  • Measure, analyze, and interpret performance across all eCommerce and digital channels, using analytics, AI-assisted insights, and testing frameworks to recommend optimizations that drive revenue growth.
  • Support the development, analysis, and refinement of paid media strategies through data-driven reporting and performance insights.
  • Maintain consistent UNAP across all digital platforms while adapting execution to platform-specific best practices and technologies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
