About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented eCommerce Hub Assistant Supervisor to support our online sales operations. This role focuses on leading the Lister Team while helping manage day-to-day workflow across the full eCommerce process. This position is a strong fit for candidates with experience in eCommerce, retail, warehouse operations, online marketplaces, product listing, shipping, inventory, or team leadership.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Clear communication and ability to work as part of a team

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in eCommerce, retail, warehouse, or fulfillment environments preferred
  • eBay, Amazon, or online marketplace experience preferred
  • Prior team lead, training, or supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience with faith-based or social service organizations is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support productivity and quality standards for the Lister Team
  • Train, coach, and develop team members
  • Coordinate product flow across receiving, processing, photography, listing, stocking, and shipping
  • Track and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics
  • Provide hands-on guidance to improve individual and team performance
  • Maintain organized, efficient, and safe work areas
  • Support the eCommerce Hub Supervisor and step in as needed
