About The Position

The ECommerce & Digital Growth Manager will lead and optimize our digital sales channels across our growing beauty and wellness brand, including Amazon (Seller Central), Shopify (DTC), and third-party retail partner websites. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive revenue growth, enhance customer experience, and improve operational efficiency. The successful candidate will also manage external partners and serve as a key contact for clients and retail partners.

Requirements

  • 3 to 6 years’ experience in eCommerce / digital commerce
  • Strong hands-on experience with: Amazon Seller Central (including inventory management)
  • Shopify or similar platforms
  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
  • Experience optimizing third-party retailer listings (digital shelf)
  • Strong understanding of SEO (Amazon + DTC)
  • Experience with inventory planning and forecasting
  • Highly analytical with strong Excel and reporting skills
  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or developers
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in beauty, skincare, wellness, or CPG strongly preferred
  • Data-driven, commercially minded, highly organized, and detail-oriented; strong communicator comfortable balancing strategy and execution, and working with clients and partner.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces.
  • Optimize listings, A+ content, keywords, and account health.
  • Manage or oversee Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • Analyze sales trends, forecasts, and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate replenishment planning to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
  • Partner with operations and logistics teams.
  • Manage Shopify content, merchandising, UX, and product launches.
  • Optimize product pages for SEO and conversion.
  • Ensure consistent branding and optimized listings across retail partner websites.
  • Execute and optimize Klaviyo campaigns and automated flows.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices across channels.
  • Manage external SEO partners when required.
  • Monitor KPIs including revenue, conversion, inventory coverage, and sell-through.
  • Analyze performance using GA4, Shopify Analytics, Amazon reports, and Excel.
  • Develop dashboards and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Support digital campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams, developers, and external partners.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients and retail partners, presenting performance insights and growth opportunities.
