About The Position

We are looking for a process-minded, highly organized E-Commerce & Content Coordinator to run the day-to-day administration of global digital storefronts and the content library. This is an execution-focused administrative role, not a developer or strategic marketing position. The coordinator will work closely with the CMO and marketing team to deploy creative assets and product rollouts across multiple regions, ensuring websites are well maintained, products are accurately displayed, and content assets are organized for global use. The role includes coordinating and maintaining four to five international Shopify storefronts, adapting pages for regional stores, and supporting marketplace administration on Amazon and TikTok Shop. It also involves organizing digital assets, applying metadata and tagging standards, tracking usage rights, and exploring AI-supported workflow improvements. The position is remote, 40 hours per week Monday through Friday, with working hours that overlap with North American time zones.

Requirements

  • Strong native Shopify dashboard skills, including managing sections, building featured collections, and handling navigation; coding or Liquid developer skills are not required.
  • Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central, including setting up listings, managing variations, and creating Amazon A+ content.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and promptly correct typos, misaligned graphics, and missing tags.
  • Familiarity with Canva or standard graphic design software and ability to customize team-provided design templates.
  • Organized, process-driven approach to cataloging and maintaining searchable creative asset libraries.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple ongoing tasks, and check in daily with leadership.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using or interest in leveraging AI tools such as Claude for workflow efficiency.

  • Duplicate and adapt landing pages, homepages, and featured collections from the US store for international regions.
  • Build, update, and organize product pages; write and format product descriptions; and manage collection parameters.
  • Audit websites daily for misplaced products, formatting bugs, and layout issues, resolve issues proactively, and report back for final approval.
  • Support the US Amazon presence through Amazon Seller Central.
  • Upload new Amazon product images, set up product variants, and perform ongoing listing administration.
  • Build and upload Amazon A+ content layouts.
  • Support TikTok Shop listing synchronization and basic administrative maintenance as needed.
  • Organize raw assets from photoshoots, creators, and advertising teams in a centralized system.
  • Implement tagging and metadata standards so regional teams can retrieve photography, video, social media, and CTV assets.
  • Track content usage rights and expiration timelines to support compliant use across global markets.
  • Partner with leadership to explore AI workflows for page duplication, asset management, and localization.
  • Work independently across ongoing tasks and check in daily with leadership for final alignment.
