Reporting to the Director of eCommerce Operations, the Ecommerce Catalog Specialist is responsible for the execution, deployment, and maintenance of product listings across retailer ecommerce channels. This role serves as a primary operational owner of listing readiness, product syndication, new item setup, and publication-state monitoring, ensuring products are launched accurately, efficiently, and on time across digital channels. The Ecommerce Catalog Specialist acts as a key Salsify subject matter expert, coordinating with cross-functional teams to identify and communicate content, attribute, and setup gaps that may impact retailer publication timelines. This role is responsible for executing retailer listing setups, supporting ongoing catalog maintenance, validating product publication across channels, and maintaining reporting and dashboard visibility related to listing readiness, publication status, and launch progress. The position provides stakeholders with clear insight into product setup and activation across ecommerce channels while helping identify and escalate potential launch risks or blockers. To be successful in this role, the individual must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and technologically adept, with the ability to quickly learn and leverage new ecommerce platforms, reporting tools, retailer portals, and system integrations. This role requires a self-starter who can identify process improvements, troubleshoot operational challenges, manage multiple product launches simultaneously, and operate with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
