This role focuses on leveraging analytics to enhance sales performance, improve online ordering efficiency, and drive data-driven decision-making for the eCommerce team. Additionally, understanding market trends, competitors, and eCommerce technology advancements to ensure the delivery best-in-class distributor execution. In this role, you will need to have strong analytics background and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure while handling multiple tasks simultaneously are also important.
