About The Position

Recruit Secure is partnering with a growing wholesale and eCommerce company in the toy and costume industry, looking for a hands-on Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow their online business and support marketing across multiple brands. The position is on-site in the Toms River, NJ area. Their products are sold through Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Faire, and other online channels, as well as to wholesale customers and major retailers. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and focused on driving growth across ecommerce, digital marketing, social media, and wholesale. This is an opportunity to take ownership across multiple ecommerce and marketing channels and help grow their brands.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, or a related role
Hands-on experience with Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms
Strong understanding of social media and current digital trends
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable managing multiple brands, projects, and platforms
Creative, analytical, and able to take ownership

Nice To Haves

Experience with TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central/PPC, Google Ads, Faire, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, Canva, CapCut, or B2B/wholesale marketing is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

Help develop and execute strategies to grow Shopify and overall ecommerce sales
Manage and grow TikTok Shop presence
Manage and grow our Faire wholesale marketplace
Maintain and grow our social media presence across multiple brands
Create and coordinate social media content and promotions
Support email marketing and customer retention campaigns
Assist with Google Ads and other digital advertising
Support Amazon, Walmart, and other marketplace initiatives
Optimize product listings, content, images, and promotions
Support wholesale marketing, including email campaigns, sales materials, and seasonal launches
Monitor new opportunities for growth.
