About The Position

The Ecommerce Account Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities, support needs, and growth opportunities for a portfolio of wholesale and marketplace ecommerce accounts. This role serves as the primary point of contact for assigned web-based customers, ensuring they have accurate product information, pricing, imagery, specifications, and the tools needed to successfully market and sell our products online. The Ecommerce Account Manager will work closely with customers, Codarus representatives, and the Annie Selke Inside Sales Representative team to provide timely information, resolve issues, support account growth, and deliver reporting and insights that drive business results.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in ecommerce, account management, customer support, sales operations, or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Ability to analyze information, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions.
Self-motivated with a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience working with ecommerce marketplaces, wholesale accounts, product content, and digital assets is preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage the daily operational needs of multiple wholesale and marketplace ecommerce accounts.
Serve as the primary contact for customers and reps regarding product information, pricing, promotional calendar, imagery, specifications, inventory inquiries, and account support.
Respond promptly to customer questions and requests, coordinating with internal teams as needed to provide solutions.
Monitor account performance and identify opportunities to improve sales, product visibility, and overall business growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, reps, and key stakeholders.
Act as the main point of contact for Codarus representatives and the AS ISR team and/or Marketplace account managers regarding ecommerce account information and support.
Prepare and distribute reports, sales updates, product information, and other requested business insights.
Coordinate new product launches, assortment updates, pricing changes, and content updates across assigned accounts.
Ensure account data and product information remain accurate and up to date across customer platforms.
Escalate and help resolve customer issues, content discrepancies, and operational challenges.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Operations, and Product teams to support customer needs and business objectives.
