About The Position

As a Delivery Driver at Albertsons, you operate a multi-zone, temperature-controlled 26-foot delivery truck and deliver orders throughout local communities. The company provides the vehicle, a gas card, vehicle maintenance, and preventative care. Drivers receive hands-on, classroom, and on-the-job training, regardless of prior delivery-driving experience, to help them drive safely and efficiently. The position may provide opportunities for growth within Albertsons stores, warehouses, manufacturing plants, and offices.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record: no accidents in the last three years, no DUI/DWI within the last seven years, and no more than one moving violation within the last three years.
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Be able to perform work involving constant physical activity.

• Fuel and operate the company-provided vehicle, with a company gas card available.
