As part of the eCommerce Strategic Partnerships team, this role serves as the merchandising general manager for one of Kroger's digital modalities (pickup, delivery, DeliveryNow). The position involves interacting across the entire eCommerce portfolio with a focus on continuous optimization of existing business lines, particularly grocery pickup and delivery. The role requires being the voice of the customer, identifying pain points, and collaborating across the organization to implement improvements. A key responsibility is shaping and directing the priorities and project flow of the entire eCommerce Merchandising Performance team to meet the evolving needs of the eCommerce business, while demonstrating Kroger's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
