Requirements

4-6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in eCommerce, digital, retail, or business management
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with active listening ability
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Proven ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong cross-functional collaboration and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic, evolving environment with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Nice To Haves

Prior experience leading projects, initiatives, or direct/indirect team members preferred
Passion for beauty, with knowledge of cosmetics/beauty products

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day execution and performance across DoorDash, Instacart, Uber Eats, and other emerging channels to drive traffic, conversion, AOV, and customer acquisition
Support omnichannel fulfillment initiatives, including Same Day Delivery, ensuring operational excellence, scalability, and an optimized customer experience
Execute App Domination strategies, partnering with merchandising teams to accelerate App growth and conversion
Support ongoing management and optimization of the Replenish & Save program, including assortment planning, promotional strategy, customer retention initiatives, financial performance management, and long-term growth roadmap
Monitor and analyze business performance analysis across programs and channels, proactively identifying opportunities, risks, and optimization strategies to improve customer experience and drive sales
Develop reporting, insights, and business recaps that support decision-making and performance optimization
Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and ensure timely execution of key deliverables across stakeholders
Provide guidance and support to eCommerce Analyst and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Serve as a strategic partner across Merchandising, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Product, and external marketplace partners to align business priorities and drive execution
Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve execution, and enhance the digital customer experience
Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital commerce capabilities to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
Develop executive-ready business recaps, presentations, and strategic recommendations that clearly communicate business performance, opportunities, and action plans
Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment focused on accountability, innovation, continuous improvement, and culture.
